Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) sessions were initially proposed back in 1975 as a method to assess medical student skills. This approach involves direct observation of students by preceptors within carefully controlled scenarios, using standardized patients and pre-determined marking strategies.
Wise words from Dr. Essayyad:
"Remember that being early is on time, being on-time is late, and being late is... UNPROFESSIONAL.
Let's all strive to be professional!"
